Other than the light weight, I like the handle. My palm and fingers sits snugly in place. However, would prefer more color options; instead of just silver and black. Also should come with a warranty card or on line registration option, instead of keeping the piece of receipt which will surely fade over time considering the so-called life time warranty.

Purchased the 20" and 27" sized bags. If you can afford it, this is the luggage to travel with. Light, durable, utilitarian wheel system, and cool looking. I never have used a wheeled carry-on before, but the 20" will be easy to lift into the overhead compartment, and make up the difference in storage space from scaling down from a larger checked bag, to the 27" checked baggage (learned to carry basic essentials aboard aircraft). A great feature is the built-in TSA lock system. I have lost many TSA locks that were not integral to the bag itself. A built-in system is wonderful. Don't know what else to say about this baggage system. Bottom line, its the best luggage available, bar none. If I were to cast a stone, it would be at the Samsonite warranty service in Hawaii. There is only one business that is listed as an authorized repair service as found in the Samsonite locator. This business is unsatisfactory.
