Bought this item despite the review I saw and I must add, this item is absolutely the cheapest material I have even seen used to build a travel bag. Stay away from this item, it is not 19X12X12 as advertised, it can barely fit a 15” screen Laptop and the Laptop takes up room inside the main compartment, ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

I bought this backpack because it stated it would hold a 17" laptop, and yet when I try and put my 17" laptop into the laptop compartment it doesn't fit! It's not that there isn't enough room in the compartment for the laptop, it's that Samsonite made the zipper opening smaller than the actual compartment, and due to the smaller zipper opening you can't squeeze the laptop through into the bigger compartment! This is a major design flaw as there is PLENTY of room for Samsonite to extend the zipper upwards allowing users the FULL pocket space for their laptop, but their factory in China must have missed the memo. I'm pretty pissed after spending $120 shipped for this thing that it doesn't do as it claims. Other than that it's a great bag and would get a 5 star rating if Samsonite advertised it or built it properly. What a waste.
