I have been using Samsonite since I was a kid and now Im 60 , so its been many years and many miles. I just purchased this carry on and looked really great when I got it. However, after the first trip (carry on ) mind you, one of the two main zippers doesnt work properly. Samsonite is going to have to get it together and make their luggage they WAY THEY USED TO.
I must say however, that I bought one of those $600 super light , super strong Samsonite Black Label Cosmolite 32" Spinner Luggage and that has been great. 5 stars, light and very very sturdy. But its made in Hungry NOT CHINA, and very expensive BUT high quality. SORRY my carry on x Space is not ANYWHERE near that bag.

I have several pieces of Samsonite. Most that we in a set. A roller for my weekly travel.

The shoulder bag is just what I need in size for overnight trips. The ring for the strap broke off so I have to use the handles because I cannot reattach any strap.

The roller has a pocket on the rear, ideal for your ziplock bag and a paperback book. The zipper broke and I cannot access it. I must carry my ziplock in my brief case.

I tried contact Samsonite when the broke and never received a response. I will never purchase another Samsonite product.

I bought the 26" and the carry on in this set and love them! They are very durable and have great features/compartments. I've never had a set hold up so well through rough airport travel. Not a single mark on it. Thanks Samsonite!
