At first I also as you guys, got confused because I couldn't change my TSA Lock combination, but heyy uncle Google knows everything :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-iq6x0nytlc
That is perfect instruction and if you don't succeed than the problem is in you. :) I won my Samsonite Lift 21" Upright Luggage and It was with TSA Lock inside and I set my own combination with no problem.

To Mysterious Spider reference you review, It appears that a lot of people are experiencing the same problem with not being able to re-lock the TSA combo locks after they set their code numbers. You made mention of having the instructions on how to rectify that situation. Can you post those here so others can use that information, it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When i first brought this i was so frustrated because i couldn't figure out how to lock it back or resetting the code after using "000" to open it, also wandering if it came with a key. But after a bit doing some researching on the lock and looking through the package it came in, the direction to the lock fell through between the product backing acting as a folder. The bottom key hold is only used by customs to look through your luggage without breaking your locks. Advice: Keep at least 3 different codes you would like to use that way if you forget your code, you will only have 3 to choose from. Hope this was useful! =) But if you need the instruction ill be happy to share.
