Tracking an Order

Once your order has been placed, sent to be shipped, and shipped by Amazon you will receive an email stating your order has shipped. At this point you can track your order by following the below steps:
  1. Go to My Account
  2. Select View: Orders placed in the past 6 months and hit 'Go'
  3. Sign into your account
  4. Locate the order you wish to track and select 'Track Your Package'
You will then be provided the Shipment carrier, Tracking number, Status, Shipment date.

The carrier may not be able to provide any tracking information about your shipment for up to 24 hours.
