We are planning a cruise this summer to Europe. I purchased three of these duffles: 35, 30 and 26 to fit as much as we can for our 9 day trip. I found that the 35 did not meet the airline requirements for checked bags and called customer service. They told me to refuse the shipment and ordered another 30. The bags were shipped one box within an other. One of the inside boxes for the 30 was damaged and the bag has hanging threads on the seams. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement and saying to keep the first one. What a relief not to have to figure out how to return it.
These bags seem to be very well designed. I have been using a Territory Ahead guy stuff bag. It was much more expense and was always difficult to navigate. I am excited to have duffle bags that I know will meet the airline requirements as well as easier to handle.
I love the design and colors. The best ever customer service experience! I wish it could always be this way.
