This suitcase is much larger than advertised - I ordered it because it was the smallest suitcase I could find and the dimensions given are those of one I have that is worn out. Well, the reality is the size is much bigger which means you cannot take this on any smaller planes - no connection flights, regional flights, commuter flights, etc. because it will not fit. It is twice as deep as advertised, plus wider and longer too.
On another note, if you put anything in to the mesh pocket in the main compartment you will not be able to zip the bag shut as that pulls the main zipper in. Just be sure you want a bigger bag and that you don't care about a pocket in the main compartment then it might be ok.
