I purchased this back in Novenmber of 2011. As of April one of the zipper handles was missing, the expansion zipper exploded and the name tag pouch has been torn off. I travel 100% of the time and mostly it is in the overhead. I have tried to locate a place for which I can communicate my concerns however this seems to be the only venue.
