Bought two of these for a trip overseas and they were fine. I agree the quality isn't bullet proof, but our bags survived an 11 day bus tour with only a few rub marks on the exterior. The rollers work fine but the bag is a bit top heavy with the handle extended. The interior is pretty much no frills, but that's just fine for longer trip packing. The huge plus for this bag is the weight. With the airlines cutting their weight limits from 50 to 40 lbs, this bag allowed us to pack more and to not worry about additional baggage weight fees. Worth a look if you fly.

Worst piece of lugga purchased ever. The first time I used it, the cheap zipper pull cracked in half. The second time I used it both zippers broke. I wanted the lightest weight luggage, but expected some quality. This is the worst piece of luggage I ever owned

I love the Lift Luggage because it weights almost nothing and easy to move around w it's four wheels. With new luggage weight limitation imposed by airline companies, the light weight allows you to carry extra. Things I don't like about Lift: it's $200 price tag I paid last January 2012. It also becomes unstable and falls forward when the luggage extension is opened and filled with about 50 pounds of clothing and accessories.
